Be sure to put on the inner gloves (①) first, then put on the outer gloves (②).
Do not drop heavy objects on the ring mat. Please avoid using dumbbells on the ring.
Do not punch the punching bag without wearing gloves. In the worst case, you could break your arm.
Do not drop sharp objects on the mat. It can be easily punctured and is dangerous.
Please do not lean on the ring posts or ropes, as they may break or collapse.

How to use a wight machine

Pull out the silver pin and insert it into the slot between another set of weight plates. The lower you insert the pin, the greater the resistance during training. Make sure it is fully inserted.
Falling weights may cause injury.
As they are heavy and dangerous, please make sure to place them on the designated rack.
Pull the silver part, turn it sideways, and move it left or right. Please make sure to use the designated stand.
Otherwise, you may be injured by falling weights.
Loosen the black knob at the top.(If you proceed to the next step without loosening it, the dumbbell may not connect properly and could fall, posing a safety risk.)
Pull the stopper on the EZ bar and fit it into the dumbbell handle.
Please reset the stopper and check that the tip of the stopper is fully inserted into the fixing hole.
Tighten the black knob at the top. Connect the other side using the same procedure to complete the connection.
Be sure to attach the red clip to any part of your clothing. In an emergency, the magnet detaches to trigger an automatic stop.
Press the [START/POSE] button to begin.
To pause the machine, press the [START/POSE] button.
To resume with the same settings, press the [START/POSE] button again.
Press the [STOP] button when getting off the machine.
You can set the speed by pressing the 3, 6, or 9 buttons.
To fine-tune the speed, press ▲ to accelerate and ▼ to decelerate.
Press the [START/POSE] button after setting the speed. The machine will start in 3 seconds.
You can operate the controls while running, but please take care not to push yourself too hard.
Press the MODE button to change the mode. You can switch between Time Mode, Distance Mode, and Calorie Mode. Press the mode button multiple times to choose your preferred mode.
In each mode, you can adjust the values using the ▲ and ▼ buttons.
Press the [START/POSE] button after completing the mode settings. The machine will start in 3 seconds.
Press the [STOP] button to exit the mode and return to normal operation (speed setting).
